You're right. It increases aim assist and the precision hitbox. Great perk, I have it on my DO scout and it works very well.

I am indeed a mod for TripleWRECK :) I don't know the exact numbers for the Hidden Hand perk, I'll try to find them though!

Do you know by how much? For example, the violator sniper (available from new monarchy vendor) has 28 aim assist. If hidden hand increased it by like 10 or 15 points I would probably roll it on every sniper. I know this is specific, but the info has gotta be out there somewhere. Appreciate the feedback tho man :)
