I bought a brand new Xbox a couple days ago and found that have found that every time I patch, it stops progressing after a period of time. I contacted Microsoft and had their help desk walk me through the procedure for dealing with this problem. Everything for reinstalling different ways, to factory reset, clearing persistent data, ensuring my connection is good, etc. They then asked me to check and see if I could properly download other games, and I was able to successfully do so. If there is anything I can do to start playing, I'd love to know.
