WARNING 34/35 POE DO NOT HAVE FULL BOUNTIES
Just beat Skolas this week on arc burn and when we killed him my fireteam said I got two drops one was a weapon the other was an "elder cipher", didn't see either on my screen so paid attention to dismantling mines. Upon returning to the reef I had the Wolves Leash waiting at post master and checked my bounty inventory and it was full. Prior to helping my clanmates on 35 PoE I had stocked up to level up gear/weapons BECAUSE THAT'S HOW BUNGIE DESIGNED THE LEVEL UP SYSTEM. So in the end I am without the exotic bounty. As proof you can spec my female titan, I have the wolves leash equipped. PLEASE BUNGIE FIX THIS SO OTHER GUARDIANS DON'T GET RIPPED OFF SPENDING HOURS. We do the bounties because that's one way you made the level up system, now we get screwed over by having them in inventory!!!
EDIT: guys I claim full responsibility for the screw up. The title for this post was all I wanted to get out there. The body of this post my my own personal account for how it could happen. Didn't intend to have full bounties but when a friends needs help I usually drop what I'm doing in game to give them a hand.

Yeah man same thing happened to me yesterday. No idea why I didn't think abt it first but it is what it is. I'm not really sweating it. That wolves leash is very good for the pilot servitor fight because it's got primary damage favored & triple tap on it. Mine does not have a burn but it stuns Captains so it's extremely helpful. it's a bit weak otherwise, but when the primary damage is increased it definitely becomes usable & doesn't feel so much like a pea-shooter. Especially on the Servitors because you can land precision shots so quickly. You get a nice amount of rounds from one clip if hitting precision. I enjoy using it for that particular fight. & stunning captains is a must sometimes..really helps when melee captains are coming at you & you can stun them & team shot quick.

1 ReplyDamn that sucks man. Did Skolas and Qodron on all characters and made sure I had a slot open. Got a cipher on my Warlock and Hunter. Best wishes for next week.

1 ReplyI dont understand why the bounty cant be a coin or something you have to turn into someone to get it. That would be better as if you dont have room it will go to the post master.

3 RepliesActually I think you should still be able to get the Cypher from Variks .. not tried this but makes sense. If it dropped for you after killing the boss with a full inventory of bounties then one should still be able to get it back from Variks.

3 RepliesAlright so this is the first fix that popped into mind, make the elder cipher a mission item and not a bounty, players then have to go to variks who will then give you the option to start the bounty or deny the bounty like the petra bounties. If the player confirms it but has no room then an error will appear and say there's no room available, if the player denies the bounty then every time he goes to variks it will ask if you want to start the bounty. Some of you are now asking "What if I already have all 3 weapons and don't want to confirm?" Simple, just allow the elder cipher mission item to be dismantled! @DeeJ @Bungie!

4 RepliesI love that Bungie didn't want to release a broken raid, so they settled for a broken horde arena. Regardless, thanks for the warning, I tend to only roll bounties in the 28 PoE, so I'l mmkae to stick to that.

1 ReplyThis is very worrying. I'll make sure to go in with one free. It should go to the Post Master or the Bounty Tracker. An Exotic Bounty that is a reward should have had this ready for it.
