Ugly Armor
I know this has been discussed a lot but I still fail to understand why oh why you would link light level to armor. The biggest problem I have with Destiny is, you guessed it vault space. But the second biggest problem is that I have to wear a hodge podge of ugly gear to get the stats that I want. Give us the option to look how we want and add an rpg element to the game by letting us choose the stat setup we want. There are plenty of ways to add some customization and depth to the game so get on it. Any one else feel the same way?
Some of the best looking armor in the game and its worthless because its blue quality.

Also why the hell is the PS4 exclusive gear blue quality? That stuff should be legendary quality only especially for gear that unique. I am a xbox one player myself and I was looking forward to getting that gear in the autumn to make my character look badass. Disappointed :(

1 Replywell, to a certain extent you can now. you just have to get etheric light to do so is all. by all means, you should ascend whichever pieces of gear you think look the best/ give the best bonuses, and get level 34 that way.

Visually I think the new Vanguard Titan chest pieces look pretty good with the Substance 321 shader.

4 RepliesEtheric light gives you so many options it's crazy now. The gear that variks gives out with weapon cores is pretty bad stat wise. I would suggest getting house of judgement packages for the gear from him.

Agreed. I Have the Manifold Seeker leg, chest and head for warlock...wish i could roll that and be 34 as it looks awesome.
