What about the people running around with it who've only played for 31hrs? Or the person doing their very first VOG26 raid and getting it when they don't know what it even is? The fact that it's RNGesus who decides who gets it kinda means you can't just go "earn it"

I'm not disagreeing with you.but I know for a fact that theres more people out there that want it and won't put in the time to get it than people who have been grinding forever to no avail and still haven't gotten it
