Is the hidden hand perk actually good?
I have heard different things, but I want to know if it is good on a sniper. I really love snipers and the idea of a perk like that sounds great! Tell me what you think of it, THX!

I am told by people that claim to know that Hidden Hand enlarges the head zone making headshots easier to get. Nothing more than that. When working from a distance I note scouts and snipers with HH get faster kills in my experience,

17 RepliesOk. These guys obviously dont know what they're talking about. The hidden hand perk makes the critical shot area... aka "head shot".... larger. So its easier to get a critical shot on an enemy. Works in pvp as well. Try it out before reforging but yes, it is very good

I've been rolling for this perk on quite a few weapons. I've noticed that I've gotten a few kills with pulse rifles just as players were strafing behind something or a corner....I mean it was borderline most of the time to be honest. I'm not sure I deserved the kill or not. It's definitely a perk worth trying to roll....reroll if you're not happy.

2 RepliesThe perk messes with my ability to kill cabal over their metal shields. The gun keeps trying to point at their head/chest (which is incidentally covered by a shield) rather than their hand.

I use it on my queens sniper and it feels like it's easier for me to rapidly get headshots. Especially on anomaly looking from a or C into the b flag area

I don't use sniper but all the pro use it because when you scope in it gives you a higher chance of being directly on the enemies body.

4 RepliesI picked up a sniper with it, because I was curious and it doesn't seem to help at all. All those target acquisition perks seem to be placebo :-/
