Why aren't there Tiger People in Destiny?

This video said there would be Tiger People in Destiny, but we can only play as human, awoken, and eco.
They should add the option to make a tiger person or at least have some tiger people npc's in the game.
Also they promises alien pyramid ships as well and said they would be accessible to players. Yet they're only on one of the random install screens. It would be cool if they were in the actual game.
Anyone notice anything else that's missing that they can add in to the game?

Also the ability to remove our helmets in non-social spaces like earth, I seriously don't see why we need a helmet on earth. Sure we are killing fallen, but still. Ability to remove all armor in tower and look at our new characters. Destiny - Press A to Start - Character Screen Loads You see 3 of your characters with 3 new slots. Character 1 - A to to accept, X to delete, Y to preview your character, B to edit your character Character 2 - A to to accept, X to delete, Y to preview your character, B to edit your character Character 3 - A to to accept, X to delete, Y to preview your character, B to edit your character Character 4 - A to to accept, X to delete, Y to preview your character, B to edit your character Character 5 - A to to accept, X to delete, Y to preview your character, B to edit your character Character 6 - A to to accept, X to delete, Y to preview your character, B to edit your character Once you go into character customization, you have an option to use an image from online or create your own as I'd make my character look like the one I linked. You can do pieces of your character as well. Basically a gun for legs and a dog for the head. But if you go into the creation you get to do anything like you would anywhere else.
