Check out the scout on my warlock. Bought it from vanguard and have luck in the chamber and crowd control, great for taking down a group of people on the flank.

Any HoW scout rifle that is reforge ready is the best. I made my scout rifle have full auto, armour piercing rounds and firefly, great for pve and some pvp situations

Badger ccl is great if you roll the right perks. Anything to boost stability and reload speed. My opinion
