Guaranteed Etheric Light is on level 34.
Which is a catch-22, because you need Etheric Light to get to level 34 to begin with.
I'm in the same camp, I haven't gotten a single one yet. I wish for the old ways of shards, because at least I could get them.

Don't need to be 34 to do the 34 PoE. How do you think the first people did them?

Again... No one was 34 on my squad when we first did it. I bet it was that way for a lot of people.
