How to smartly upgrade my Hunter?
So I'd appreciate the community's advice here. I only have one character (a Hunter) in decent position to upgrade past 32, so Etheric light is in short supply for a while. How do I smartly get to a place where I can earn more Etheric regularly?
I feel upgrading armor is wiser than weapons, right?
Best/most useful weapons I own: Fatebringer, Red Death, IceBreaker, Hunger of Crota, Thunderlord
Best/most useful armor I own: Aclyophage Symbiote, Don't Touch Me, Alpha Lupi, Lucky Raspberry
Any guidance most appreciated!!

1 ReplyFirst step. Discard all your duplicate exotics and use the shards to upgrade exotics you will use. Seriously- that's 1 34 light armour towards 34. Then do the 32 PoE with a treasure key. Don't have one? Do it anyway. Then return the armour core to variks- 34x2 now. Can't seem to get any etheric light? Don't worry- Friday will come where trials are available. Find a nice squad of good players that REVIVE. Your goal is to get to the gold tier rewards. Along the way you will get 2 etheric anyway and have a chance of 42 level trials gear. Plus the weapon on sale will be decent. You can also buy the appropriate 42 light gear as well. So by now you'll ideally have- 1 34 exotic armour 1 34 PoE armour 1+ trials 34 armour 2+ etheric light. Plus lots of weapons hopefully and synths.
