no, not a lot of legendaries have good perks. I recommend just buying a vendor helm with intellect

I know new monarchy has a helm with intellect. But really, legendaries aren't going to have good rolls for pvp. For PvE though, I'd look for a helmet with the perk that gives u more super energy for killing non guardians (I think it's called inverse shadow)

True that. Pve is where i use defender and the helm of st14 and that has that perk with more super from non guardian kills. Plus it blinds them as they walk in so its pretty much my go to for pve. But i use the armamentarium for pvp and striker for the double spike nades. And the iron banner helm is the only one i have and it has pve stats -_____-
