Use a CROTA or VoG helmet. That's what I use. Or whatever floats your boat, what ever has stats

I would but those have perks only specific towards the raid and i only have 1 etheric light so i want to use it sparingly lol

If you play more PvP then use Etheric light based toward that. Same thing for Pve. Try getting s vendor helmet for pvp.
