I ran into the same thing on ps3 Osiris about 3 or 4 times. my team and I were up 3-0 in a match and when we started to use our heavy this guy was running in place toward a wall and then I got an error code (think it was baboon?) and sent back to orbit and then my teammates got signed offline about 2 minutes after that. We all had the forgive a loss but we still got a loss and I'm assuming the other team won because we got booted. We were at our 7th win when that happened and it ruined our entire mood especially since we didn't lose the next 2 and had to restart to win a flawless. It's not just in Osiris either, the regular crucible and iron banner is plagued with this kind of thing and is 1 of the reasons I stopped playing crucible for almost 4 months. I seen this type of thing on day 1 when a hunter I was shooting fell through the map and then shot me from behind, but it wasn't enough to bother me then because there were only a few players doing it. Now I would say at least 25% of the community that still play this game cheat to win. I hope Bungie console bans these creeps and moderates they're game a little better.
