Prison Of Elders 34 Boss round 5? Impossible?
When doing the boss round we don't know how to break out of the detainment fields, it seems unbreakable, and what does the qodrons eye do?

1 ReplyMe and my friends (33 33 34) ran two defenders and myself sunsinger. We went to the back left corner and posted up there. Trickle can be an issue but run BoL on titans and the perk that gives 3 additional orbs on shield. Place the shield on the farthest left of the are between wall and box's, just a little bit forward as well to catch the purple mortars from flying over your cover. Orbs still give same amount to super. Sunsinger makes orbs even with gun kills so just rocket the adds as sunsinger. This provides steady supply or orbs for team so the bubble stays up. Blessing gives extra health while detained giving more time for jailbreaker to bust the field with no deaths. We made our 34 save his rockets for eye only. And he was the one who busted fields of course. He used a shotty. Of course we assisted with shotty Damaging boss was simple for us we broke it down to 2 available times. First is the obvious, there is some time between spawns to damage before you are beset by another wave hobgoblins. And other time we used was right before each detain field we would go behind the cover in our area, and just unload anything into him before the field came up. Then switch to shotty and assist on field. And as a failsafe, if we couldn't keep grove up or we had 2 players dead, last guardian standing waits for detain field.. Rez NOBODY! Once field activates let it kill you and self rez. Was a good rinse for us incase we started not being able to keep up. I hope this helps some guardians in the future! It still took us a good 3 hours to perfect the flow of everything but once we did it actually got quite simple. you kill the eye, whoever kills it- gets a buff for 30 seconds called the Jailbreaker. he can do tons of damage to shields to break people

All you need to do is kill qudrons eye then use the buff jail breaker to break out of the bublrs.

Have three galis. Pop a bubble after cut scene he's dead. If no galis go to left side to kill the silver goblin and its shots to kill detain bubblr

Edited by uptownsmoothest: 5/29/2015 7:16:53 PMBest strategy bro, got you right here (hopefully) I'm an admin and I carried 2 of my clan mates who one was a 33 other a 33.5. The strat is this, all of you go far left side. Shoot at the boss with your primary if you want to. Equip shotgun as your secondary to kill enemies that come close to you and to kill the eye. The eye will usually come around the corner, have 1 Eye guy/ Jailbreaker always going after him. Once you get the 30 second Jaibreaker buff, stick CLOSE together so the Jailbreaker can shoot you guys outta the bubble easily. Now shoot at the boss with primary and rockets. Wait for synths and reload, re shoot. Don't worry too much about the boss, worry more about staying alive. Always keep an eye out for the eye (lol) I know a 331 Fang of Ir Yut primary will do 430+ damage per crit shot. So while you're waiting for your synths to cool down, you can shoot at him with that or just kill the hobgoblins that come around. Hope this helps! Good luck Guardian Side note: You can't break out of the shield if you don't have the Jailbreaker buff (lasts only 30 secs) you'll automatically die. Also, if you see the eye, don't kill him before it says "Qudrons eye is searching for Targets" kill him once it says that. That way the buff will last longer.

This was my team's strategy. 1) Go inside the arena and immediately run all the way to your right side. Plenty of cover over there. 2) Assign one member with an automatic shotgun (my our case, I used a Found Verdict with 300 attack) to keep an eye out for Qodron's Eye. 3) Have that member kill the Qodron's Eye (with any gun, doesn't have to be a shotgun), and he will be buffed with "Jailbreaker" which will allow him to break the containment bubble very fast. 4) When Qodron's Eye targets your team, all of you should huddle together so your 3 bubbles overlap each other 5) Immediately have the shotgunner shoot at all the bubbles until all 3 break, should take a full clip using Found Verdict 6) Have the other two members focus on the main boss, and on occasion, the shotgunner should throw some rockets at him as well.

Easymode for this fight is: - 1 bubble with blessing of light in front of the door you come out. - Empty your ghally and use a synth - Qodron dies before the first detainment

There's a glowing goblin that spawns on the far side of if the map from the airlock, once killed it gives you a buff that makes the bubbles ezmode

I've done with 3 gjallarhorns and it took 1 minute. I've done it with side bubble strat and it took 15. Either way I did it first try and it's really not that bad

Completed it, after an hour or so of figuring it out we have found a strategy of staying to the left side of the arena behind some boxes, wait for the eye to come near and kill it, after killing the eye shoot the boss until detained then unload shotguns on the detain field, repeat the process until dead.

It spawns three eyes shoot them and it'll give you a perk called jail breaker and you can get out
