1. All three guardians enter the arena at the same time. 2. Titan throws up a bubble with Blessing of Light. 3. All three guardians spam g-horn while moving in and out of the bubble. 4. Use a Heavy synth for more ammo and continue. 5. Win in about 40 seconds.

To beat the final boss is simple. Everybody spam Gjallarhorns, then synth, then spam. It'll be dead before you finish your second round.

I was about to post this but then I refreshed and saw this. I'll just post it in here to avoid making another thread. (We only noticed one Eye, you had more?) This week for the level 34 PoE we have a new boss, Qodron. Modifier is trickle. Qodron's ability is to lock you in a detainment shield like Atheon, although this time it's a bit different. Qodron will spawn a minion known as Qodron's Eye at the back-right of the room after entering, and a new one will spawn every time you kill it (or every time Jailbreaker wears off, we'll get to that). Killing the Eye will mean you get a buff known as Jailbreaker, so you do more damage to the detainment shields, but obviously only one of you will get it because only one of you can kill the minion. What does this mean? Stay Together. As soon as it says in the bottom left that Qodron is searching for targets, one of you destroy the Eye, and then (preferably with a high RoF shotgun) shatter your own shield and then the other two, because they're extremely hard to break without the buff. Once shields are down, you can go back to your dedicated mob killing/ boss hitting formation, but keep an eye out (ahaha) for that little guy at all times. Other than that it's a pretty standard boss fight, I'd write more but we don't know everything about that fight yet. Good hunting, guardians.

me and 2 buddies of mine were doing this as soon as reset hit. Yes you are correct through trial and error we figured out that after killing those three gorgon or gordon eyes. Whatever they called it lets you be able to shoot yourself out of the entrapments. For those that are thinking it's only one it's not. There are 3 of them that come out of the doors. Also another thing I noticed. Early in the match you can't even shoot rockets at the boss. He has some kind of shield protecting him. Which I think goes down after the eyes are taken out. Also somehow one of my teammates glitched through the floor but he was dead. We tried figuring out if we can replicate the situation with a warlock to somehow go down to the chest room without beating the final boss. We will still try but so far no success. I believe it can be done since the chest room doors do open if someone manages to glitch through. And I share this because i hope other will find out as well. Since bungie likes to f*ck with players. This POE 34 is a bit ridiculous op. I was able to complete last weeks POE 34 with 32s on the team. But not this one. It's so ridiculously op. SO yes I hope people just ram a fat one through bungies POE and figure out how to run through the floor to the chest. Am I livid? A little. Am I a bit vindictive maybe. Was it overkill for what the level is .... yes. I wouldn't be this upset with it if at least lvl 32 POE provided some etheric light. You know so that a 32 doesn't have to go through the impossible as a 32 just to become a 33. Oh wait I know some will say well you can get an etheric by chance. Really are we suppose to depend on chance now to be able to move up the ranks with a serious OP POE 34 like this one? You know so that at least whatever douche bag that thought it was cool for this 34 poe gets a taste of their own medicine once people discover how to glitch through. Personally I'm rooting for the glitchers on this one.

Me and my friends just did it, we were all 33. Just have 2 titans put Weapons of Light either side of the entrance and everyone Gjallarhorn him. Make sure you have 7 in the mag and reserve, and your synth is off cooldown, and you should kill him within 10-11 shots each, before he even summons the detainment orb. Easy as you like.

1: The eyes pop up even before he starts "searching" for you. It's very possible to kill them, and run out of time before the detainment field pops up. 2: IMPORTANT- Remember the strategy from Skolas where you put up a bubble, shoot 7 Gjallys, go back in, Synth, then shoot again. This boss is even EASIER to kill (time wise) than Skolas was. (Put the bubble RIGHT by the entrance.

A 365 Found Verdict is the perfect weapon against the shields. It takes an entire clip but it's the best gun for it if you don't have the Jailbreak buff. Beat it a few hours back and progressed through my second Elder Cipher bounty :)
