How many keys have you got from farming and how long did it take you?
Just 2 numbers. I figured killing the wolves in passing would net me some keys but so far nothing. Looks like I'm going to have to do some legit farming.

Farmed skywatch for three hrs Saturday got 5 keys. 3 purple engrams. And enough blue engrams to level cryptarch 3times.

I have got 3 keys from the chest but I only got the chest if I was doing a bounty

Never received a key. Usually get 2 cracks at each chest while doing bounties and I have yet to EVER see a key. I refuse to "farm" for them. I tried "farming" right before the "expansion" dropped like everyone else. Zero keys then, zero keys now. I am not wasting my time "farming" for the remote chance of getting a key that may or may not yield a chest with an exotic or legendary item. I refuse to help Bungie perpetuate the lack of content by repeating a futile quest for the mythical treasure key.

I farmed for hours and nothing but blue engrams then I got 2 within 5 minutes of each other the other day and nothing since.

2 RepliesIt's all RNG. I've gotten 2 in 2 days and then 4 in 1.5 hours. I just got the elder cipher so I need keys and have gotten 3 in 3-4 hours, none of which got me the second part of the bounty! Right now I've been at it for about 45 min and no keys have drop

I managed 4 yesterday. Got two from doing the bounties, Petra gave me one and I hit an event that was happening when I was doing the daily. Usually when I farm I can get 2-3 in a few hours.

3 Replies3 keys in about 150 ether chest openings, farmed like a combined 6 hours

None. I've opened at least 100 chests. Only key I've had so far came from one of the small chests on POE on about my 13th run. I've done all 6 bounties both weeks and all Petra gave me each time was 10 materials with the Queen's Package.
