Most useless gear perk
This is the one perk that just makes you cringe when you see it on that new item which dropped.
You'll never use it, never see it used, and there's a good reason for that.
What perk might you all believe that to be?
For me, it's Hip Fire and Who's Next. Vacuum is definitely hated too.
Edit: Remember those awful armor perks too, Guardians!
Edit: It seems like everybody hates Mulligan!

Believe it or not mulligan surprised me once. On my scout I shot one shot at a raid member and went to reload my gun. However it wasn't reloading and I had thought that the game had frozen. It didn't freeze the mulligan replaced that missed shot. It was the strangest thing to ever happen to me while playing this game.
