This is the one perk that just makes you cringe when you see it on that new item which dropped. You'll never use it, never see it used, and there's a good reason for that. What perk might you all believe that to be? For me, it's Hip Fire and Who's Next. Vacuum is definitely hated too. Edit: Remember those awful armor perks too, Guardians!
