Fix this treasure key system
Farming for hours is not fun to get one key. There are 2 solutions to this problem
1) each boss on each difficulty drops a key the first time you kill him each week. Then for any extra you have to farm
2) dramatically increase the drop rate of keys. It can take hours just to get one key.

1 Replythe problem is the guaranteed exotic first time you open it each week - that has to end - if get an exotic each week is too much I think. More keys to at least try the chest would be nice - no keys so far this week so doing POE but not getting the good stuff!

Don't give a -blam!- about this big chest = Problem solved. It drops bullshit 99% of the time anyway. NO guaranteed exotic. So I'm not opening it anymore.

The loot from the PoE chest sucks anyways. I had too many keys in my vault and it was taking up space, so I destroyed them :)

Keep one key on your character that is farming. I seem to have zero luck unless I already have a key in my inventory. I'm not saying it's "a thing" but it just seems to be that way for me.

10 RepliesCONSIDERING the chest kind of has shit loot, I'd say make keys non existing, and you just get to open the chest after you complete the prison of elders. That seems like it would make complete sense. You could open it every time, it drops Crap Queens weapons, and that's it. Kind of a stupid system.

Farming keys = special ammo synth from the chests which = a full inventory grrrr i wouldnt mind the farming if it wasnt for that

I think the system is fine as it is aside from level 35 PoE should guarantee a key. I don't think the other levels should guarantee a key as you can do them without being under-levelled and all PvE content in Destiny is easy if you're the right level.

I haven't got an issue with the key farming, I only have an issue with special ammo synthesis taking up so much space and not been able to get rid of it.

Agree. I won't be staying to farm. The Witcher does not have terrible RNG drops and poorly designed farming. It's sad because Bungie allowed the youtubers to film footage and ALL of them showed the level 32 34 PoE 1st completion of the week dropping a key. And they reported that. And showed it off in the videos. Now we find out the truth. More RNG and grinding. No thanks Bungie.
