Trials of Osiris glitch with loss forgiveness buff
I posted a picture of my ticket showing completed with only 2 losses... the forgive loss buff is not working properly. The glitched happened to all three of my party member and closed our ticket with 8wins and 2 losses. Im very upset about this can someone look into it ??? Picture is on my instagram osito3257

1 ReplyThat's ok though cause once you have one red dot there's no reason to get the ninth win. 8 wins gets all the rewards from vance. 9-0 get the lighthouse chest. So you still got everything you could. So no biggie

Happened to me as well in this scenario.... Purchased Mercy buff with 2 losses. After next loss, ticket was closed immediately then the loss was removed. It appears that the sequence needs to be adjusted so that the loss is removed prior to ticket close query. From what I recall of the wording (don't know it exactly off hand), there was some confusion whether it pertained only to the first loss of the ticket or first loss after purchase. I did notice that Favor of Osiris (worded "Start" of Trials....) was not purchasable after your first win or loss, however Mercy is wording in the same way as Boon and both were available throughout the life of the ticket. Conclusion was that both Mercy and Boon would trigger for first loss/win after purchase. If that is not the intent (though as I said it removed the loss, just too late), please remove from vendor in a similar fashion as Favor. Thanks
