The most productive way to get the keys is to.... DO THE POE!!! It doesn't take long and I got them at least as fast as doing the skywatch, not to mention a few legendaries, and exotic and a good bit of xp for the guys I newly smithed to perfection. Also, I have gotten more than one key this week from POE.

I should have phrased what I was trying to say better. You have a chance at more than one key, you are correct about this.
