After the last patch, the oracle disruptor triggers more frequently so any VoG weapon should do much better than anything else. Hand Cannons and Scouts have damage penalty so Fatebringer and VoC would be the worst option of the VoG weapons. Corrective Measure gives you enough bullets to kill all the oracles without reloading or change weapons. SGA is good because of the bullet "regen" perk, but damage wise I think Corrective M. should be better because of the Oracle perk. I haven't tested it though. I haven't maxed my SGA.
