Your options are one from nightfall, three from Trials of Osiris, two from Prison of Elders, and two from Iron Banner. Only the ones from ToO and PoE are guaranteed. This is per character. So weekly you have a shot at 6/ character or 18 total/account; or 8 and 24 if iron banner is running. Id say that's plenty of opportunity.
