Let us use exotics in all of our gear slots.
Some of the legendary gear is every good as the exotics, some are even better so why even bother with the restriction anymore?

it will make legendaries obsolete, just like rare is once you can use legendaries. if some legendaries are better why do you care?

Bump Other MMO games with this semi-samee playstyle allow multiple, if not ALL gear slots to be occupied by the highest tier items. I say, let us use what we want. I mean, if you are going to make a 3-player raid, and make it last 6 hours, at least let us be able to do it with specific preperations.

Umm, for gear i can agree but not for weapons. 1 reason is pvp and wont go into details because thats easy to know. 2nd reason would that pve is a joke, on solar burn using vex, icebreaker, gally, way too easy

But you know like the last day before a weekly refresh at the end of month bungie let's has go bat shit crazy throw on as many exotics as we can and just unleash hell on our enimes!

If there were more exotics, maybe. Not enough variations to warrant equipping more than one. Maybe later down the content line, especially in regards to PVP. There already is a glaring lack of variation in Crucible.

With the Exotic perks they have, and how easy they are generally to obtain...It wouldn't be a good idea. Crucible would be unbalanced as a mother-blam!-er. Not to mention every time a new light cap came out, EVERYONE could, and likely would be at the top instantly. Would it be fun in PvE? You bet. But the lack of balance would just kill the game

Good idea for pve but not pvp last thing i'd want is going into ToO and someone is rocking Thorn, Pocket Infinity, and Gjallarhorn all at 365 while they are 34

Good idea in pve, since your not in competition with opposing players, pvp however; "do you want scrubs to blow up the forums?".

So my saint 14 ruin wings mk 44's and the armetatium icebreaker gjallorhorn and vex could all be used at once. Not op at all

The answer is for bungie to create sets that are meant to be played together rather than just open it up to all.

Here is a game breaking example of this idea of yours: Warlock -sunslinger right set up allows for 6 solar nades to be thrown when super is activated, Sun breakers - allows duration of solar nades to be longer, and for the breaking heart of the paraxic fire allowing up to nine solar nades to be thrown. You can now successfully lock down capture points, rooms, doors, spawn points, and hiding spots. That is why exotics is a no go for all slots.
