This may be your philosophy but it doesn't seem to be the philosophy of the majority of your customers who really just want to play the content they paid for. Make matchmaking optional - then the players who share your philosophy can opt out of matchmaking and the rest of us can play the content y'all just spent months creating. There really is no good reason for ToO and PoE to not have matchmaking and at this point people either have full raid teams so matchmaking won't be an issue or would take a risk with 5 other randoms just to get a chance to kick Crota's butt.
