A hog-tied criminal showed up on my porch; what do I do?
I can't keep him because my family has too many criminals. It is a little asshole that we think somebody dumped at our house. I've been petting it and got it some Xanex, and we are getting it some crack. What else should I do? No police officers have came looking for it yet.
