Unkillable Cheaters/Hackers in Trials Of Osiris (Lag Switchers?) (Video Proof) Watch Out!
So after having fun and playing trials the whole day this is what we run into. Luckily we did manange to get 9-0 on our card later on thanks to the buff that saved us. Some of you might call this lag but I really don't think so, They are pushing the exploting blocks to the middle B flag with no fear(seemed to do it for a reason too). We could not even hit these guys once. My friend used his striker super in the middle B flag on Overtime, He did not hurt them but he got killed. Apparently one guy has a 56.0 K/D ratio now (previous 1.24 K/D all time) So something is not right here. The reason why it seemed like we were not even trying was because we had already given up after dealing with this for 2 rounds. The final round we just said screw it and went to suicide in the sun. There was nothing we could do. Watch and see... I got no words really, This is just insane:/

I havn't seen anything like this but after 40ish good games with every body in the game landing hits for damage and no1 glitching about we came up against three guys who ignored our shots, teleported around the map and killed us from around corners. Every online game limits your ability greatly if you are lagging, but in destiny players who lag have a huge -blam!-ing advantage and this is so damn wrong.

I don't have proof (just a screenshot of the pings) so take this with a grain of salt. Played a game and everyone was pinging red but then 4 out of 6 were switching around. I'm not too into the lingo or the insight on how lag switching works but I was doing trials with 2 halo players who talked about this were you load in last or something and the other team could be on your side already. Something to do with constantly migrating the host. I dunno, I don't know too much about these things. But yea the whole game it was like they were right in front of you. You shoot them they dont die. 20 seconds later they die but somehow you die aswell. Half the time we couldnt even see them. Good thing they were bad beat them 5-0

It looked like they were trying to move the cubes into the capture point so they could easily blow you out of it at the the end of the match. You couldn't even harm the explosive block and they were all the cheaters seemed to care about. If it were random connection lag, then wouldn't they have killed you at any time. That seemed like clear cut cheating to me. What say you, bungie? We know you'll see this so settle it. Are we wrong or is this what you "play nice" was all about?

I tried Trials of Osiris and round 3-4 a guy on my team left so I thought "this guy is an asshole" but one round later he appears back on the playing field. And his stats were still intact. The game practically kicked him into limbo for a round or 2 then let him back into our game. Like WTF we were already losing but that basically seals it cause by round 5 it was like 1-4 since two of the loses we were outnumbered. I'm an okay PvP player but being outnumbered never works in my favor.

Happened to my team a couple of times but we all just reported them for bad connection and cheating each time they got kicked mid game got free easy wins lol

1 ReplySorry to tell you this, but I also sent a vid of "God Incarnate" the immortal to Bungie and NOTHING HAPPENED! They nerfed auto rifles the same week! I last played PVP for my Thorn completion. Won't go back! I don't care if the only rewards come from ToO or Crucible, keep it! This continued to be allowed to continue and they do NOTHING! I won't cheat! I won't play with cheats! Glad you are outraged, but it falls on deaf ears! Deaf ears are one of the reasons players will eventually stop playing. Very unfortunate!

I also find it interesting that Bungie posted in their twitter feed "Play nice in Crucible, we are always watching". Whatev's. I have TOTAL confidence that Bungie DGAF. I would like to see some real and genuine consequence for investigated and found guilty network manipulation.

1 ReplyHere's my take on what's happening, after watching a few videos just like this. When they lag out, they can't kill you either. They just run around until the end of the match where they know they'll catch your team off guard. They stop lagging right at OT and blast everyone. When this happens, wait until the end of the round and then go nuts. Maybe that'll help. Who knows.

Same thing happened to me 2 days when playing trials of osiris. We were not able to hit the guy, but we managed to win the match.

That's a lag switch, started with them only lagging out when they had a bead on them, then with the lightning gernades, rockets, supers in middle. That's not even trying to hide it either that's obvious

This is why I no longer play crucible except when I want the marks or need an extra boost to rank up. This is rampant in crucible lately and it ruins the experience and wastes/steals from me the time I choose to devote to it.
