They could use a small PvP buff as well.
Their range is right where it ought to be, but I really do feel the headshot multiplier needs to go back to 1.5, as well as an impact boost to the higher RoF ARs as they are utter trash now. Right now it's basically nothing but hand cannons and pulse rifles in Crucible, save for the odd crazy person brave enough to use a scout rifle or auto rifle.
Speaking of, I don't think SRs need any more buffs but hand cannons could definitely stand to be nerfed again - more recoil and less range. I'm am avid user but honestly I'm sick of thorn being used like a machine gun and being fragged at extreme ranges in 2-3 shots when that's supposed to be the SR's role.

The Suros is still a good weapon but I have noticed in PvE that red death really does strip health where I'm still pluggin away at the head. Agree with other comments though that the range is perfect. We all know that autos will get a buff and then everyone will run them in PvP whilst others will complain until bungie buffs the next weapon. Viscous circle.

I've been doing fine with the Pest Control Matrix. It's quite a nice AR. Though I do get smoked by anyone and everyone who can put all three shots on point with a cannon every time.

I agree with the AR buff, it doesn't seem right that it doesn't have the same headshot multiplier
