Is by constantly berating them by saying over an open mic that they "fu*** suck." I had just had this happen to me while I was playing PoE in lv 34. I was not doing as well as I would like, and I was getting the least amount of kills. Nonetheless this person kept this ritual going for the remainder of the game, and his words were enough to turn me off completely from the game, and after the team died a couple more times, I decided to leave.
