Ascending Exotic Gear
Is is not possible to ascend all exotic gear? Yesterday, I bought an exotic helmet engram from Xur and received the exotic warlock helmet, Light Beyond Nemesis. It only has a max light of 42 and does not have an ascend option. At first I thought that I might just have to upgrade it before the option would appear, but I have fully upgraded it and there is still no ascend option. Can this particular helmet not be ascended or can exotic gear in general not ascend?
