[b]ARMOR LORE - Mask of The Third Man[/b] [i]Let me tell you a tale of three adventurous men. The first one was secretly in everything for himself. The second one was an all around nice guy. Never got mad and didn't talk a lot. The Third Man? Quiet... Always wore an amulet, I don't know why.[/i] [u]The Story[/u] [i]The men had learned there was an old wizard who could grant you powers. Problem was, the wizard lived at the end of a forest filled with monsters. If you could get within the territory of his hill then the monsters could not pass, but if the barrier was broken then the monsters could pass through and harm anybody inside. The men wanted to have these magical powers and know what they were so they set out on an adventure. The wizard was far away from their home town but they were determined to find him no matter what was in their way. After a long trip they found their way to the forest. They each pulled out their own swords and torches as the forest was dark and dangerous. There were many monsters of all shapes and sizes... But the men fought through and saw the barrier, the Wizards tower, and the wizard. Surprisingly the barrier was a trench filled with Holy Water. The men made it inside and the wizard greeted them and gave them some bread as they we're hungry. The first man blurted out "How do we get powers!?" and the wizard chuckled. He then told them "You must drink holy water of the purest quality" and they each looked a bit confused. The wizard replied "like the water in my trench barrier" and the men then understood. The wizard told them he would go make some and not to leave the room, but the first man had other ideas. When the wizard was gone he ran out side, scooped up some of the trench holy water into a bottle, and in one giant gulp, he drank it all. The other two men looking out the window stared, too scared to do anything. Then just as he drank all the trench water a siren went off in the Wizards house and he ran downstairs. The wizard yelled at the sky in some language the men didn't know. All of the sudden monsters rushed in and the men found themselves fighting along side the wizard! They finally killed all the monsters and the wizard wiped sweat off his forehead. He then said "WHO DID THIS?!" and looked right at the first man. The first man said "It wasn't me, it was the third man." Even though each man knew it was the first man. But before the poor third man could say anything he disappeared. But then the other two men did too! Then where the last place the third man was, a mask appeared with a gold top and three eyes. The wizard kicked the helmet down the hill and grumbled. Rumours say after centuries of waiting the legendary Dredgen Yor found the helmet... And claimed it for himself.[/i] [b]Thank you for reading. If you enjoyed please consider bumping.
