Is the perk Hidden Hand reliable?

I'm thinking about getting a sniper with this perk but i'm not sure if it's worth it. Post your feedback on how this perk is performing for you if you have it.

I have a near max stability "her benevolence" sniper rifle with unflinching and hidden hand! when it gets upgraded I'll dominate any praedyth's revenge users in my way!
