I got all of them. Check my characters they all should be on. Bought abiut 6 engrams to get them. 269 shards turns into aprox. 135 motes, I had plenty to spare.

Burnt through about 1000 motes to get all 3. Traded all shards for motes then all energies for shards for more motes
