Truth vs Dragons Breath vs Gjallahorn
Which one of these exotic rocket launchers do you prefer?

Gally is best pve and truth is best pvp

2 RepliesGjallarhorn is the best PvE and PvP rocket launcher. It has a hidden perk of proximity detonation and then wolf pack rounds that will track any enemy. I've gotten triple kills in PvP just because of the Wolfpack rounds

1 ReplyEdited by The 7th fall: 5/23/2015 12:54:35 AMDepends upon the situation dude, example: -Dragon's Breath is a dumbfire rocket with an area denial solar 'nade with maxed out blast radius, so that's your crowd control rocket -Truth is more of a PvP rocket because it fiercely tracks it's target(s), and blows up early based upon how close it is to the target(s) -Gjallarhorn is the "boss killer", your ultimate PvE armor shredder and boss bane rocket, slap on solar burn bonus and you've got the deadliest exotic in the game

4 RepliesOne of my first Exotics was the Truth and my most recent was Gjally. It somehow feels like the Tracking on Gjally is stronger than Truth's. You can launch a Gjally round like a Javelin straight in the air and have it come straight down on the enemies.

Gjallarhorn is literally more useful in every situation except when the burn on an activity isn't Solar.

Even though its not my main rocket launcher. Dragons Breath has been shown to do more damage than GhallyH. It may be over time, but I use rockets for taking out large numbers of enemies, zoning defense, and causing enemies to move where I want them to. If I'm going to do hard single target damage I would use a sniper or shotty.

Truth is just fun. It is a blast to use. Gjallarhorn is just a tool. My ultimate trump card. Dragons Breath is also pretty dang fun to use, but I rarely use it.

I'm going for truth. Look up extreme truth tracking kills pvp. The rockets have looped back after missing and killed. No offense to My gally palls.

1 ReplyI have all 3. Dragons Breath is good but without tracking it sucks sometimes and it's slow. Truth is great for PvP and void burns. Gjallarhorn is amazing though. It tracks, although not as aggressively as Truth. Wolf pack rounds make the difference though. Its like having the power of 3 rockets in one shot.

3 RepliesGhorn does everything the dragons breath does only better. Ghorn does everything truth does but truth is void and can carry an extra rocket. There is no discussion.
