No you are wrong about your whole idea... Access SHOULD be restricted to MOST of the player base... If anything it should be harder than 9-0. Remember at the beginning of the game when very few people had exotics, it was great, you felt really special having one... How special does your Thorn feel now?... Things that are difficult to accomplish and most people can't accomplish are the things that keep players playing, even if it is nearly impossible for them due to skill or time restrictions... For a long time people have been requesting better rewards for people who perform better in pvp, now, stronger pvp players have an opportunity to recieve better loot than players which are less skilled. Also to your argument about crucible being unbalanced, the crucible in destiny is, if anything perfectly balanced. The guns themselves are not balanced that is true, but the gameplay is balanced... If the other team is all using thorn, there is nothing keeping your team from doing the same. But with that said I went 9-0 almost effortlessly using MIDA and a sniper, so in the end the guns aren't going to make bad players good...

Its not unbalanced, when y'all refused to play crucible for "X" amount of months. Then ToO comes out and now you expect to get everything handed to you on a silver platter? I had to restart so many coins until I finally got flawless and honestly ToO is the most fun I've had since VoG. Get better and quit your whining.

Everyone whining about the lighthouse is really a new low for this community. If you aren't good enough to get there, you don't deserve to be there. It's also really only a loot chest in a glorified room so you're not missing out on much (given you didn't earn the rewards for beating the content in the first place).

You keep crying, I'll enjoy the sunset and beautiful back drop on Mercury's Lighthouse. Maybe instead of crying about how unfair and how hard the game is, you go out and get good. Tired of people complaining this game is too hard and unfair.

It's a reward for completing a challenge. Find two other good players, and run it until you succeed. If you lack the guns or armour to be competitive, get them. You don't have to have thorn or tlw or "insert other weapon here" to get kills. Running poe lvl 32 will net you a 42 light armour piece, combined with an ascended exotic and two vendor armours and you're at lvl 33. I'm pretty mediocre at pvp in this game, and I've come to accept that the lighthouse might never be a place I'll visit. Good thing there's two raids, an arena and plenty of weekly activities, then.

Every destiny YouTuber has gotten to it... Hell I've gotten it... Half of my friends have gotten it... It's not imbalanced if everyone has access to it.

Remind me in what part of the story is mercury mentioned ? Also play against people worse them me? How about no I've had close games Trails is a reason to play PvP and if you don't like PvP and or suck at it then to bad little Jimmy but you won't be able to get what other people work hard for drop your balls get your thorn and find a team and if you can't stick to PvE where you fight a CPU that's completely predictable
