Flawless as in 9-0 or just winning the 9?
The first run we went 9-0, the second on my lock was 7-1(had all the boons lol)

Ok,well I got it both times. Only because of the mercy boon on the second run though. Is that the only way to get into the lighthouse(zero losses on card)?

Once you unlock the location, you'll always have it (I think).
