Dear Bungie,
With the release of all the patches/DLC and the flood of returning/new players, a majority of us expected the servers to be struggling a little bit and having small issues. That was completely understandable, however we have long since passed this point and many of us are still unable to play. We know you are trying your best to help all of us out, but clearly your networking guide is not helping us at all. Please provide us with something more then the guide, whether is a "wait patiently" or a "try this next" or even a "We will take care of it", just something new would be appreciated.
For me in particular, I have received almost every error on the help page. From fruits to animals, I have seen them all. Primarily Baboon and Weasel. I even see the odd and completely out of place "Kingfisher" after hours of attempted connects. Whenever I manage to get on for a few minutes, down in the bottom right corner I see "Contacting Destiny Servers" and am kicked from any worlds or even the game moments later. Now, I have noticed this issues seems extremely isolated, speaking that all my friends are laughing and playing the DLC together with out me, (Which only makes it worse) so brownie points for that, however there are still many of us in misery. I have tried everything that I have found online and even tried random things I have come up with, (This is including your networking guide) and nothing seems to work.
SOS! Save Our Sunsingers! (My primary class) and help us out! I am desperate to enjoy your hard work and I know many agree. Don't let all the time and effort you put into House of Wolves be wasted simply because of strange network errors! Thanks for an amazing game and an awesome community,

I've been playing from beta, I have an open NAT, I have tested my network connection, I have tested my connection to the multiplayer network, I have contacted my ISP and even got my brother in law who is a line technician to investigate which included checking out the local exchange to see if maybe a widespread thing. I am and always have been hardwired however since the release of HoW I can play for maybe 5 minutes max before getting disconnected with baboon and weasel error codes. All Bungie does is tell you to check their networking instructions, asks you what type of connection you have and then tells you t ocontact your ISP. They want nothing to do with this. It is bullshit!!!
