They want to leave earth and the traveler to run from the darkness. That's it. They think leaving will solve the problem. They think running will solve the problem. Cowards, they are all cowards. Read the grimoire. Nothing but a punch of emo pansies. Running won't save you.

Running and expanding are two different things. Dead Orbit is seeking the knowledge contained within the stars, not the traveler. They want to become independent and rely on themselves, not a machine or whatever the Traveler really is. If you think that the urge to rediscover the universe is cowardly and to rediscover lost technology is also cowardly, then I hate to see what would happen when the other factions try to live on when the Traveler has gone.

Lol? You can't expand with the darkness here. What do you think is going to happen. After you expand? You will fight off the darkness? That's not the case. In a time of war, it's not the time. Ergo, cowardly.

That's why we are supported by the other factions. For all we know, the Traveler brought the Darkness! Us Guardians fight the Darkness, push it back from where it came from. There are many others who support Dead Orbit, and there are more than enough to support Dead Orbit operations outside of Sol.

You don't understand. The traveler is the reason we have a chance. The traveler gave us light to use [b]AS A WEAPON[/b]. Not a means of running, not a crown. But a weapon. Do what you want during peace. But running in a war? No. It doesn't matter what the traveler did, and whether it brought the darkness or not. Survival comes first. War comes first.

Wrong. Dead orbits purpose is to support the factions in the war, yet survive at all costs. Even if that means leaving and abandoning the rest of humanity, they will ensure our survival. Get with it

As Dungeon said; their purpose is to support humanity and its factions. They want to spread humanity out into the Galaxy and rekindle the golden age.
