Best thing Xur has is Exotic Helm Engram
The rest is pretty ass. Although I will add No Backup Plans too my collection.
Time to spend some motes and hope for new helmets. If not I guess it's a few free shards.
Edit: two engrams, got the Ram! Holy shit! Plus HeaLth regen when you pick up Orb! RNGesus be praised!

I have managed to get 4 mask of the third man helmets, 1 ram, 1 eternal warrior, 2 apotheosis veils, and 1 helm of inmost light. Gonna blow everything I have to hopefully get helm of saint 14
