How to buff Dragon's Breath.
I think Bungie should add tracking to the launcher and make the solar flare attach to enemies. Only then would Dragon's Breath be worth an exotic slot.
Edit: Reducing the magazine size might be something they would do if this were implemented. But I don't see that being necessary as you can only produce two solar flares at a time.
Thoughts?

Shard that pos. Use it to ascend armor or a real exotic. All the solar flare does is make bad guys move. It doesn't even blind them. It barely hurts a boss unless it's solar burn & you hit them in the Facehole. And besides the second you shard it, I can guarantee you'll get another one as a drop VERY soon.
