Elemental Damage on PoE Primaries
Is this a thing???

Everyone below me is wrong. If you get the random judgement chance thing from the vendor, you have a chance to get an elemental damage primary. Also attainable through level 35 prison of elders. (Not entirely sure on this part). I have multiple friends with them.

9 RepliesThey are a random drop from completing the level 35 PoE. They can also be re rolled to change the element.
