The cabal boss in PoE(lvl 32 at least) his shields rotate between all the elements.

Isn't there only two types of enemies for every shield type outside of nightfalls

Servitors don't have shields and psions only have shields during the nightfall strike on one strike.

They should make some servitors with shielding (hell make a nightfall/PoE mod, that says shielded "all enemies have shields".... iee on nightfall + epic..... oooo that would make for something where it would be crucial for everyone to have a weapon for each or each person specializes :P)
