In fact, why not put the old options/inventory items into the stock rotation for Vanguard and Crucible Vendors (and don't forget the factions!). The refresh timer that always seems to be counting down would rotate through past inventories as well, not just switch perks on the most current expansion stock. I would like to grab that Eclipse Maw once more :)
