If you are a PS4 player and are attempting to purchase the House of Wolves, but are unable to find a purchase option in the console’s store or on the PS Store website, we are actively seeking a fix for this issue and will update this thread as we receive new updates. i have Xbox 360 and just got the destiny game. my friend had it before me and he has ordered the taken king. when he got it, it came with house of wolves. he already had house of wolves so he gave the code for house of wolves to me. i entered it and i have no idea how to access the DLC content.

I cannot restore the licenses because I am being charged $19.99 / $34.99 all over again. I was playing the dlc about a week in. I also lost my guardian editon bonus content. The red ghost, ship, emblem and access to thw vanguard armory.

When I bought my game the clerk said the expansion pass was already on the disk, he charged extra for it. But I had to buy the dark below but I don't want to buy house of wolves cause I already paid for it in store

1 ReplyOk. For those who are still unable to purchase HoW expansion pack (MSG: Content cannot be selected at this time"), this is how I did it. Currently there are a few ways you can get the expansion. 1) in game. Go to nightfall that is locked. Press "X" to purchase. This one failed 2) in the PS main screen. Before you get into the game (when you choose the game just before you enter into the game) there is a screen on the right to choose the expansion pack. Choose that to purchase. That one failed too 3) go to PSN store. There's a Destiny page just for add on. That one failed 4) go to PSN store and go to the game menu, find Destiny amongst all the games. Choose the game and at the bottom left, you will see "Add on". Choose that. That one is successful and it's the least obvious way. Also showed how poorly coordinated the launch is btw Bungie and Sony

Whilst I appreciate you're obviously working on a fix for this, it would be appropriate to create a locked thread giving periodic updates. I've got a seriously p1ssed off kid who quite rightly feels properly aggrieved at the lack of communication you're providing and is now set to give up waiting and just pay the £19.99 for the Expansion II update even though he's paid with his own money for the Expansion Pass. You have a perfect forum (this, of course being a forum) to keep your loyal paying customers advised of developments. Please can you be use your forum to keep us informed? Even if you have nothing to report, we'd feel you're addressing the situation instead of us feeling abandoned. I don't think this is a big ask......

2 RepliesAlright, well I am one of the poor souls who bought the code, and it still shows that I need to purchase the expansion again. xbox said since it was a code it wont apper in my download history, only debit/credit card purchases will. Xbox said its bungies fault... bungie says its xbox fault. What are we gonna do??? I mean did I really pay for a big pile of nothing? I ENDED UP BUYING HOUSE OF WOLVES SEPERATLEY JUST TO PLAY! THATS ANOTHER 19.99. we need a fix and were not getting it.

So how about for the Xbox One? I keep suffering constant disconnects. Please a fix would be lovely. Please no copy paste reply for how too fix it, I've already tried everything. Even port forwarding on my end was no help at all.

After loading the dlc i can Not play destiny since 3 days it says every time lost connection but all other Games are working and every answer you get Try this troubleshooting blabla ....didnt have any Problems till dlc 2 so its Not my internet

4 RepliesI contacted Sony Playstation and they confirm that My CD is not Compatible with the DLC and I will not be able to play the game if Both (CD, DLC) not from the same region. Thank you Bungie !!! I'll refund my money back and sorry to waste my time waiting for your reply since three days ago. By the way, when I sent my complain to Sony PlayStation it just took one hour to receive my complain and to check my identity and then to give me what I need to know, to take the quick action either to refund my money or to purchase the compatible DLC Region which can work with my CD. Thank you Again !
