Priorities: ascend weapons or gear? That's my question.
Having 3 guardians I learnt that focusing the effort and time one piece of gear or one weapon at a time, maximizes the upgrade process.
I rotate the same weapon through my guardians. I can't rotate gear because I have one of each class tho.
Coming into HOW what's your priority or preference:
Concentrate on ascending your weapons first, thinking that the best defense is to hit harder?
OR
Focus on ascending your gear considering that you will hit less hard but last longer?

Gear, my weapons will follow suit after. Plus, I'll at least have an ascended exotic weapon.

Armor first. You can ascend exotic gear with only a shard so right off the bat you will be able to have some 365 weapons.

You can have the most powerful primary, secondary or heavy weapon in your hands, but if you're wearing a paper bag, a paper hat and flipflops.... Hope that helps.

Gear should be 1st as it would also increase you weapon damage a little as well as your light level.

Gear, I prefer survivability over sheer damage output. Also, higher level=higher damage potential

Upgrade armor before weapons . People still used vog weapons in crota

Armor hands down is more important. Getting to 34 means you do more dmg with even lower level guns.

I'll repost it here: The nerf for not being the proper level is far more severe than a mere 34 ATK points. A level 33 with a 365 weapon does less damage than a level 34 with a 331 weapon. Remember that![/b]

I'd go gear. You can ascend exotics without etheric light.

I'm going exotics first, then one weapon ( fatebringer ), then gear, then the rest of my legendary weapons. :)

Get that armor up. It will let you do the higher level arenas faster.

Ascend all exotics first since you probably have a surplus of exotic shards (exotics require shards not light to ascend). Then I'd go armor since 331 weapon at level 34 is better than a 365 weapon at level 32 against enemies over level 32.

Gear. Higher level equals more damage. A level 32 does like 45% less damage than a 34 will. But a 365 weapon does its max damage to a level 36 a 331 will do max damage to a 33. So a level 34 with 331 weapons will do just fine in PoE.

Armour, you won't do much damage as a 32 against 34/35 enemies, even with maxed weapons. Level makes a big difference to PvE and also the trials of Osiris.

Gear. Having 365 weapons as a lvl 32 will do you as much good as a lvl 30 with 331 weapons on hard Crota. You're one shot and can't do much damage.
