Why is House of Wolves still only available as a bundle on Xbox?
Playstation is able to buy HoW as a separate entity from the expansion pass. Xbox, however, cannot. I was wondering why it is like this. Can someone please explain this to me. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure this happened to me with TDB as well. I think its just the way the Xbox One codes the add ons. Microsoft has to go out of the way to make something pre downloadable/purchasable. Hence the reason there are only select games available for digital pre-order.
