I don't think that poll will be getting many votes.
Nighthawk is supposed to be very niche. I see it as being, POTENTIALLY, a boss killer, even. Damage output is already doubled. If I had my way, it'd provided Arachnid's perk as well, but it doesn't.

sure i can see this as a boss only helm but really who wants a helm thats only good for the boss? you spend all that time fighting your way to the boss and your helm is only good for him? kinda lame. these other suggestions make it a more viable option for all play types/situations IMO

Some people have gear for bosses, mobs and PvP. If you want a general purpose helmet, don't wear the Celestial Nighthawk. I have a helmet for general play, and a helmet for PvP. I wear the Don't Touch Me gauntlets for PvE, and the Mask of the Third Man helmet for PvP. If you don't like the idea of carrying around multiple items for different purposes, then you must really hate getting legendary and exotic engrams in-game.

Times vengance + GG(damagex6) + constant super charge from TV = fun time. To bad it won't function like The Bee/Conference Call in borderlands.
