Hi,
I bought the Destiny Digital Download Bundle on XBOX One Marketplace with all the DLC Upgrades included.
The package was bought on the Portugueses XBOX ONE STORE ONLINE and included:
Destiny Game
Destiny Digital Pack
Destiny Vanguard Pack
Expansion I
Expansion II
Expansion Pass
The game runs and the vanguard pass has worked also CINEMATICS for both EXPANSIONS
CINEMATICS WORK GREAT .... BUT NONE OF THE EXPANSIONS WORKS... I have tried EVERYTHING that I have read on the internet, from deleting the game and install it from scratch (25GB download SUCKS) to install it piece by piece.
BUNGIE DON'T PROVIDES DIRECT SUPPORT FOR THIS... SUCKS MUCH HARDER
LAST CHANCE IS TO ASK MY LAWYERS TO SUE BUNGIE!!!!

Expansion 1 is The Dark Below, go to the Marketplace and it should say "Already Purchased" or give you chance to download. Go to your account and look in your transaction history/download list, etc. In other words, expansions are separate downloads from the main game and have to be downloaded individually. Go to Earth and see if you have the Dark Below missions "Fist of Crota" and see if you can start it. There's not really any prompts about where to go for the expansion content, you just have to check around Earth and the Moon, and with Eris in the Tower. You also have to be a certain level to start the content, 28ish I think.
