Any official response on whether or not the engrams we are to save until May 19 can decode into new HoW ones?
The whole "wait until 19th to decrypt" doesn't clearly say that they have the possibility of being new gear.
Just like clarification because that conflicts directly with another BNGHelp2 post not too long ago stated that any engrams found before How is released will not decode into HoW gear.

I guess I'm just curious if that includes the HoW public event chest engrams.

This is exactly why you should save Cryptarch Packages, because when you open those after HoW drops, you get brand-new engrams, and as far as I know, those will contain HoW items, even if you got the Package itself before 1.2.0.

Engrams acquired after Patch. 1.2.0 will decrypt into House of Wolves engrams.

I'm just curious if this has been actually stated yet? I agree that it would make sense but it conflicts directly with what BNGHelp2 said.
