Where to farm fallen majors

Defend the warsat on earth/moon. Kill a few waves fast and majors start spawning in

Everyone seems to like Venus but I usually run public events in cosmodrome. Might take a couple missions but the one in forgotten shores usually is more than enough to get ten

Venus Ishtar Cliffs is where I like to run, there's three spots that almost always spawn a yellow. Just keep moving between them and you're done in no time.

Right now you can also use skywatch as the "enemies moving against each other" happens quite often and is often followed by the wolves group containing Kaliks. I finished it in one go between the two events

Do the queen's wrath events, about 3-5 majors and you get loot at the end, otherwise the bit just past the citadel on venus.

Ember caves, Venus. A major captain spawns every minute or so, plus the new QW public events happen there too.
